Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Judah's Customs, joining our Discord server, or using our services in any way, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and any additional policies listed in our server channels.

Order Information

You are required to provide all information the designer reasonably needs to complete your order (references, style preferences, text, colours, game links, etc.). Missing or unclear details may delay your order or affect the final result.

Payments & Gamepasses

Judah's Customs currently only accepts Robux as payment through the specified gamepasses or other methods listed in our server. Payments such as USD, Apple Pay, Cash App, or similar services are not accepted.

You must purchase the required gamepass or pay the agreed Robux amount before a designer begins working on your order. If payment is not made, your order may be cancelled or delayed without compensation.

Refunds & Credits

Refunds are generally not offered. A refund or credit may only be issued if it is considered reasonable and is agreed upon by both the designer and the client, with approval from Judah's Customs management.

Delays alone do not guarantee a refund. Refunds for delays are only considered in crucial circumstances and at staff discretion.

After final delivery and confirmation that the product is complete, the sale is treated as final. At that point, refunds will not be issued and chargebacks are not permitted.

Turnaround & Deadlines

Completion times depend on the current workload, the complexity of your request, and how quickly you provide the required information. Any estimated timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed deadlines.

If you take an extended time to respond or provide details, your order may be delayed or moved behind other active commissions.

Behaviour & Designer Pinging

Respectful behaviour toward staff and designers is required at all times. Harassment, spam, or ignoring staff instructions is not tolerated.

Constantly pinging or pressuring a designer to rush your order may result in your ticket being closed and, in most cases, no refund will be issued.

Payment on Order Open

When you open an order ticket, you may be required to submit payment or proof of payment before work starts. Orders opened without payment for an extended time may be cancelled at staff discretion.

Usage & Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, designs created by Judah's Customs are licensed for use by the purchasing client or group and may be showcased in our portfolio, advertisements, or social media.

Reselling, redistributing, or claiming Judah's Customs work as your own commission service without permission is not allowed.

Additional Rules & Common Sense

Not every possible situation is listed here. You are expected to use common sense and follow Discord, Roblox, and any platform‑specific rules when working with Judah's Customs.
